RS Florals is a Minnesota-based floral studio specializing in wedding flowers, event florals, funeral arrangements, and custom floral designs throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota areas. The studio is owned and operated by Rachel Steele, who serves as the head designer and florist.

Driven by a deep passion for flowers and design, Rachel believes florals have the power to transform a space and create meaningful moments. Every arrangement created at RS Florals is thoughtfully designed to elevate events, celebrate life’s milestones, and bring beauty into everyday spaces.

Rachel attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where she studied Retail Merchandising and Communication Studies. After graduation, she moved to New York City, where she worked in the fashion industry and strengthened her eye for visual design and aesthetics. Her experience in fashion helped shape her approach to floral design—blending creativity, balance, color, and texture.

Today, Rachel has returned to her home state of Minnesota, where she runs RS Florals, serving clients across Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding Minnesota communities.
